Customer Return & Exchange Policy:
Only an exchange facility of items is available, an advance excuse for cash refunds.
For the exchange, request sends an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your Order ID / Product (s). However, the product must be:
- Unused and without altering, with the price label attached and the purchase receipt.
Items purchased during Promotions /Special offers bought will not be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the Real/exact texture or color of the final product might marginally differ from the advertisement, hence items cannot be replaced considering this.
In case of any manufacturing defect, a Refund or Exchange of item(s) is offered. We follow a ‘No Refund’ policy. But, refunds could be endorsed in extraordinary cases where the item is out of the store or show any manufacturing flaw.
Item purchased at the full amount and it goes on sale, exchange will be at the marked down price.
At present, we do not deal with any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
Also, in the case of credit card payment, customers will get their refund once the defective product has been returned and processed. It can take approximately 15 working days from the time received returned items.
How to Apply for the Return?
If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you may replace it, just send back your item to our E-commerce store by contacting us via at email@example.com in 10 days’ time of the delivery date.
Conditions to claim for the return or exchange items are if product/s is:
- Damaged, stained, defected, or incomplete.
- Must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
- Received does not match the size ordered.

The cost of returning the items will be the responsibility of the customers.
As soon as our support team will approve the return, you will be able to send the parcel to, Ecommerce Department, Tehwaar Outfits.

What is the Process Time?
It may take 5-7 working days for the receipt.
However, during peak days, it may take up to 14 working days for the return to be processed.
